Terms and Conditions
Our policy on occupying rooms and making
payments.
Booking
Security.
Credit
or Debit card details must be provided to secure any
booking.
No
charges will be made before checking in.
Cancellation
Charge.
No charge for cancellations notified prior to day before the
booking.
Cancellations on the day before the booking will incur a charge of
25%
of the first night’s accommodation.
Cancellations on the day of the booking will incur a charge of 50%
of the first night’s accommodation.
A ‘No Show’, without any communication, will incur a charge of the
full
first night’s accommodation.
Payment in Cash.
Guests
are asked to pay for their room at least one day in
advance.
Payment by Cheque.
Guests
are asked to present their cheque for the full room charge when checking in.
The
cheque must be accompanied by a valid Cheque Guarantee
Card.
Payment by Credit/Debit Card.
Guests are asked to provide the Card to be used so that the Card
Details can be recorded, at check
in. Payment can then be made at checkout. A charge of 2.5% of the transaction
will be added for credit cards (max £1.00) and a charge of 50p will be added for
debit cards.
Registration
Guests
are asked to fill out a registration card giving details of Name
and Address. This
is a practice which we are obliged to follow on instructions from the
Police.
